Shipping and returns policy
1. Delivery zones
Wine Line currently delivers to the following countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal.
2. Delivery charges
- Free delivery on orders over €350 incl. VAT.
- For orders under €350, delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout, based on weight and destination.
3. Transporters
We work with reliable, recognized carriers: GLS and DPD. A tracking number is sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order is dispatched.
4. Delivery times
- Preparation: Your order is prepared within 24 to 48 working hours after payment validation.
- Delivery: Average delivery times are 2 to 5 working days, depending on destination.
- Delivery times may vary during busy periods or for certain more remote areas.
5. Receipt of order
On receipt, we recommend that you check the condition of the package in the presence of the delivery person. In the event of damage or missing items :
- Make precise reservations on the delivery note.
- Contact us within 48 hours via our contact form or by e-mail at contact@winelinerack.com
6. Returns and right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalties.
To exercise this right :
- Contact our customer service department by e-mail at contact@winelinerack.com, specifying your order number.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, complete, undamaged and in their original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or to a defective product.
7. Refunds
After receipt and inspection of returned items :
- Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for the order.
- Average delivery time: 14 days maximum after receipt of return.
8. Damaged or defective products
If you receive a damaged or defective product :
- Contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt.
- Provide photos of the product and package.
- After validation, we will replace or refund the item.
9. Late delivery
MAATA (Wine Line) declines all responsibility in the event of late delivery attributable to the carrier. In the event of late delivery, the customer is advised to contact the carrier first to establish the delivery status of the parcel.
Should MAATA fail to meet the delivery deadline, it will inform the customer by e-mail that delivery will be delayed. The customer has the right to cancel the order after 8 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
10. Customs fees
Customs fees are the exclusive responsibility of the customer. No refund will be made by MAATA.
